On April 12-16, 2024, a visit of the delegation of the European Union with the participation of 19 EU Ambassadors and an Expedition with the participation of the US Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized in the Kazakh part of the Aral Sea region. The expedition allowed the participants to get to know the Aral Sea region better in order to take further concrete measures to help solve the urgent problems of the region.
